Rob Youngs: Tim was part of a tight group of friends in high school and college. We had a blast hanging around up stairs at Tim’s house listening to music. We liked all the bands from the 70s. We saw most of those bands live at the War Memorial in Rochester. Rest In Peace Tim.’
