Marge was one of the most gracious and kind people I have meet. My sons wife and I helped Marge and Larry move from their previous home to their current home. Marge insisted we first have some cookies and milk and sit and talk awhile. She shared memories from their life and home and family and was just such a sweet sweet women. I noticed too how kind and doting she was with Larry. After, Marge would always ask how my boys were doing and never talk about herself.
Thoughts and prayers for Larry as he enters this difficult transition.
May God be merciful and welcoming.

I remember Past Queen Marge Hood as a stately, lovely lady when she attended our Zama Temple No 14 Daughters of the Nile sessions at Fairport Masonic Temple.

Thinking of you all in the passing of your Beloved Wife, Mother Mother-in-law and Grandmother, Margaret was a wonderful, Classy Lady and She loved her Family very much. Larry and Margaret would shop at Wegman's and they came through my line and they were a pleasure to have them as my Customer's and Friends.Margaret will be greatly missed, She always had a smile and a twinkle in her eyes. Larry you take good care of yourself, hold onto all the wonderful memories, they will help get You through this difficult time. You will remain in my Thoughts and Prayers.Blessings

Marge and Larry lived down the street from us in Pittsford for many years. Marge was also a fellow para in Pittsford Schools so we shared similar experiences. She was always so kind and willing to lend a helping hand. My thoughts are with all of the family. I especially remember Cindy who was our faithful babysitter for a number of years.
Sincerely,
Carol Bradshaw

I grew up with the Hoods in Pittsford. Marge was a wonderful warm hearted woman and family friend. The last time I saw her was in the little diner in Holcomb on a Sunday morning a couple of years ago. As always both she and larry had a warm smile and asked about our family. My condolences go out to Larry, Kathy, Debbie and their families.
I wish you all the best

I met Marge and Larry while working at Brady J's in Bloomfield. I always enjoyed hearing the stories of how they met, their daughters and grandchildren. She was so proud of her family. It filled my heart to witness the love they had for each other.
I will fondly remember her always.
