Jack was a wonderful neighbor in 1:1. He was always willing to talk and share his thoughts in regard to city government. Jack stepped up and served on committees. I always enjoyed the civility of our conversations regarding government. I will miss Jack.

I didn’t really know Jack, we were Facebook friends. We shared some laughs, some serious stuff, some family stuff, the usual. We just had smiles, usually. He was a gentleman and loved God, he was a good man.
