Arlene J. Higgins Arlene Higgins passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, at FF Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY. Arlene was born in Warsaw, NY on June 25, 1937, to James and Glades Hart. She is survived by her son, Richard (Lisa) Higgins; daughter, Rhonda Higgins; grandchildren, Joshua Higgins, Kathleen Higgins and great granddaughter, Hailey Higgins.
