Canandaigua- Judson E. Bell, 81, passed away January 21, 2023 at FF Thompson Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Bell; children, Faye (Jay) Koeling; Ronda Bell; nine grandchildren; brother, David Bell; stepchildren; Jeff DeWall, Chris DeWall and Deb Byrd. Friends may call Saturday, February 11, from 11 AM-1 PM at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A Celebration of Life will follow at the Moose Lodge, 305 Ontario St. Ext.
