Obituary of Mary Jane Lortscher

Mary Jane Lortscher passed away March 1, 2022, in Geneva, NY. Mary was born April 4, 1937 in Rochester. She was adopted by Dorothy and George Lortscher of Canandaigua. Mary Jane is pre-deceased by her parents and brother, Dr. J. David Lortscher She is survived by her sister-in-law, Joyce Lortscher (Moneta, Va.); her nephew’s David (Tracy) Lortscher (Honeoye, NY); Mark Lortscher (Moneta, VA.); her great nephew, Drake Lortscher (Canandaigua, NY); great niece, Kaitlin Lortscher (Honeoye, NY) and lifetime friend, Gerry Yawman. Mary Jane was an active artist who loved to draw and paint. She enjoyed puzzles of all types. A 2pm graveside service will be held Friday, April 1 in Calvary Cemetery, Canandaigua.
