So very sorry to read of the passing of my dear friend Tom. I just re-read his last letter which included a photo of Tom with a big grin on his face and his arm around a snowwoman dressed as a Slavic peasant. It was a cherry reminder of happy times that I treasure. I'll miss his dry and quirky wit, his mailings of his puns and quips and mostly his enduring support, friendship and love. His memory is a great blessing to me and I'm comforted to know that he and Wendy are together again.

I'm very sorry for the loss of Uncle Tom and of Aunt Wendy. The words you shared were wonderful and couldn't have been said any better, it's how I remember him. I will always remember the picnics, football games, playing pinochle, and those cold walks to the ponds to play hockey and much more. He was very much a family man and will be greatly missed. I loved them both dearly. May they forever rest in peace. My thoughts and prayers are with all of his family.
