Obituary of Carol J. Alvaro

Carol J. Alvaro passed away peacefully on October 29th 2021, surrounded by her family in her hometown of Canandaigua, NY. Carol was born to Everett & Bernice Hill on October 23rd 1942. She was survived by the love of her life, Fortunato S. Alvaro. (Frank) Sister Sylvia Parshall, Sister-in- laws Stella (Gary) Cowles & Carmelena DiCicco. Carol was a very special Aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was a loving wife, sister, cousin and friend to many. Carol was employed by Rochester Telephone for eleven years. She also spent over thirty years and later retired from Mobile Chemical. The simplest pleasures brought great joy to Carol. From bowling leagues and cruises in her younger years, to casino, bingo trips or out to lunch with friends were just a few of her life pleasures. She also enjoyed spending the winter months in Bradenton, FL, Syracuse Basketball, The NY Yankees and The Buffalo Bills. But, Carol's most favorite time spent was when she was with her family. Carol's cheerful personality and loving smile was contagious to everyone she met.
