Obituary of Keith M Hutchings

Keith M Hutchings Dr. Keith McCall Hutchings, 82, of Canandaigua New York, died on July 8th, 2020. He was born on December 21, 1937. Keith is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kathleen C. Hutchings, daughter, Bethany VanFossen (Phil), son, Todd Hutchings (Elva), two granddaughters, one great granddaughter, and his service dog, Holly. Keith joined the Army in 1956 as a medic, he then completed Dental School and returned to the Army as a military dentist. In 1964 he began his long career as a dentist in Rochester, New York. Keith married Kathy in 1982, and the adventure began. Both Keith and Kathy shared a love of the great outdoors and conquered all 46 peaks of the Adirondack Mountains, joining the elite ADK Forty-Sixers. Their love of travel led them to many different countries around the world, as well as RVing thru 49 states. (They flew to Hawaii!). Hiking, camping, skiing, reading, and photography occupied much of Keith’s time. He enjoyed hunting as well as competitive skeet and pistol shooting.
