Charles Kelsey Obituary Charles R. Kelsey, loving husband and father, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the age of 75. He is survived by wife Carol (Reed), daughters, Christa, Jennifer, Caitlin, son-in-law Zachary, his sister Mary Jane Kelsey and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Leon and Winifred and brothers Francis, John and Richard Kelsey. Charles was born July 2, 1944 and grew up in Bloomfield, NY. He worked at Victor Insulators, Inc. for 46 years and was a member of St. Mary's Church and the Elks Club. Charles enjoyed bowling, golfing and spending time with his family and many friends. Friends may call on Thursday, February 6th, from 5pm-7pm at Fuller Funeral Home Inc. 190 Buffalo Street, Canandaigua. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 7th at 11am at Saint Mary's Church, 95 North Main Street, Canandaigua.
