Obituary of Madeline M. Lee

Madeline Mary (Uhl) Lee Canandaigua- Madeline Lee, age 81, died peacefully at home surrounded by loving family. She is survived by three daughters: Deborah Browning, Cheryl (Steve) Swartout, Karen (Randy) Rugenstein, six grandchildren: Rebecca (Tom) Snyder, Amy (Mike) Pyra, Daniel (Regina) Swartout, Christopher (Joanna) Swartout, Sarah Swartout, Ethan (Stephanie Wolfe) Browning, ten great-grandchildren: Allison and Samuel Swartout, Grant and Laramie Pyra, Wesley and Elliot Swartout, Addison and Cooper Snyder, Willow and Beau Browning, special cousin Eleanor McKee, beloved dog Gracie, longtime companion Leighton Nudd, and several cousins. She was predeceased by son-in-law Stephen Browning. Madeline was born to Elmer and Margery (Green) Uhl. She grew up on the family dairy farm and lived her whole life in Canandaigua. Madeline worked for many years as a bookkeeper at Canandaigua Motors. A 4pm memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 4, at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua.
