My condolences to the family and all who loved Richard. It’s so hard to lose someone we love, but the seeming finality of death is what makes it especially difficult. Job 14:14,15 gives us confidence that God yearns to bring back to life the dead who are preserved in his memory. His Word, the Bible, gives us a wonderful hope of living in a paradise on earth and seeing the resurrection of our dead loved ones. (Luke 23:43; John 5:28,29) May this bring you some comfort during this very difficult time.

May our God of tender mercies be of comfort to you (2 Cor 1:3,4), especially today. May you draw comfort, strength to endure and hope from God's promise as mentioned at Jeremiah 29:11,12. My deepest condolences.

Dear Cousin Dick, i have so many happy memories of our childhood together at Canandaigua Lake, especially water skiing on your Dad's homemade water-ski board consisting of part of a packing crate. You drove the boat zigzagging all over the lake with me terrorized in tow. Wasn't long though before we began to water ski on a real ski board looking ever so professional as junior "olympians." Then at night down at the lakeside dock counting and identifying as many of the stars and constellations we thought or pretended we might have known. But now you're right up there amid the clouds and the stars with all your old friends and family and looking down at us. Be happy and peaceful up there. Love, Cousin Wally

Sorry to hear about Richard, who was hard working, dedicated, caring and generous. He gave me my 1st job and my brother was working for him 2 years before I started. The experience was priceless, to say the least. Rest in peace, Richard.
