I was in a business class (Mrs. Maxon's, if memory serves me correctly) with Ken in '92 or '93. Truly, one of the nicest (and silliest, in a spirited way) kids at Cdga, in my opinion. He was, truly, a joy to know and to be around. To Ken's family, please allow me to offer my condolences for you loss.

Im devastated by this news. Words can’t explain ...Too many good memories and fun times to talk about over the years since highschool to our Multiple annual trips to NYC to see you every year. I was looking forward to your guidance around Chicago to see the Windy City and you soon too. We had some good laughs last time on the phone just weeks back.
You were a good man my friend. Until we meet again....
I tried to find some good pics to post from our last trips together and to my surprise I had none. Probably cause we had so much fun and laughed so hard I never took my phone out of my pocket. Just always enjoyed my time with you. Most times we powered them down and went off the grid. Lol
You’ll be greatly missed.
Love ya brother.

RIP Ken... I haven't seen you since like 1999, but i never had anything but a postive experience being you're friend and fellow classmate at CA. I sincerely hope you're family and other friends find the strength to carry on, and honor your memory.

Forte family,
I went to school (elementary-high school) with Ken. I have nothing but positive memories of Ken. He was just such a great guy. His smile was electric. I haven’t seen him since high school, but I always enjoyed his Facebook posts - especially pictures that included his beautiful smile. I’m so sorry for your loss. There’s nothing I can say to make you feel better. Just know I’ve been in your shoes and I’m thinking of you now and will for many years to come.
With love,
Pam Militello Rockcastle

Forte Family,
My name is Mark Middendorf an I was a coworker of Ken’s at Change Healthcare. I would like to extend my condolences and share some memories with you all during this difficult time. Ken was part of a team here at Change Healthcare and we are all shocked and saddened by this tragedy.
Ken and I got connected very early on in his career at Change Healthcare. We covered accounts in the same states so we had occasions to travel together. We went on sales calls and to trade shows together. He was just plain fun to be with. He was always smiling and upbeat. We shared many meals together and attended training session hosted by our leader Bob Terbrack.
Ken and I would talk about work once a week - he was smart. I learned a lot from him. It was so much fun to share thoughts and strategies with him after a sales call. He always wanted to learn more about the business. He worked hard and was on the cusp of a very successful year. I was amazed by his ability to take a complex problem, break it down and communicate a strategy for resolution. He was always thinking about what is best for the customer and how to help them understand how we can help them.
Ken spoke very fondly of his family – it was important to him. I came from a large family and we all had nicknames – we shared and joked about that often. Whenever we talked about family Ken brought up his daughter (I raised two of them). He loved and cherished her like only a father can.
Again, I am sorry for your loss of Ken. You all will be in my wife and my prayers. I will miss Ken.
Mark
