William W. Carter
Bill Carter passed September 3, 2017 at Ontario Center.
He is survived by wife, Anita; her children, Sari (Tim) Barger, M. David Turner, Ron Turner, Cherie Turner; grandchildren, Logan Fountaine, Sarina; great grandchildren, Westyn and Bryson Fountaine. William had three children, Will, Derrick and Anget Carter; a brother, Howard (Jane) Carter; a sister, Brenda Clark; sister's in-law as well as nieces and nephews.
He was preleased by his parents, Alice and William; brothers, Steve, B.J., Harold (Pop) and Allen.
Bill grew up in Fort Ann area; later Florida before coming to Rochester. He did many different jobs; the one he really liked was The Furniture Hospital with (deceased) partner Jim Pitts. He died after a long battle with horrific pain from many back surgeries and cancer.
Burial will be private. If so desired donations may be made to Cancer Research and or to a library for books on tape.
