Emilie, Petra, and Debbie, I am very honored to have known Walter, he was a joy to be around. I had some good conversations with him during his stay at Serenity House.I especially enjoyed the time we had with the computer.I didnt realize how special that was until the next day when you told me. I am so glad I brought my computer that night. I also was moved by the love Walter has for his family. He and I sat and talked about how he met Emilie, and how he felt having 2 wonderful daughters. He and Emilie did a great job raising their daughters and should be very proud. I know that Walter will be missed by everyone who knew him. Walter brightened my days and I loved spending time with him. I was so saddened when hearing of his passing. With deepest sympathy. Joan (aide at Serenity House)
