Dear Grandma, Jeremy, Addie and I will miss you but we know you are in a wonderful place right now. We know you are reuniting with all your love ones who have passed. I'm very grateful Adelaide was able to know her great-grandmother and that you were able to know her. When she's older, we will tell her how strong, intelligent and forthright her great-grandmother was. Thank you for being part of our lives. love, Jennifer
