Dear Kamell Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. It is a bittersweet journey. I am sorry for your loss, but rejoice in the hope we have in Christ Jesus that we will be reunited one day in heaven with our loved ones who have gone before us. Hallelujah-what a day that will be! May you truly sense the love of God surround you and His peace which passes all understanding. Isaiah 26:3&4

Dr. Kamell was our entire families orthopedic doctor. He was our miracle doctor.
Twenty six years ago our then 14 year old son cut the main artery and all the tendons in his right arm. Dr. Kamell had left the hospital for his summer cottage when I arrived at the hospital.
Dr. Kamell turned around, came back to the hospital and operated on my son for 5 1/2 hours. He told me that god had guided that piece of glass because the only thing not cut was the nerve. With his extrodinary skills he sewed each tendon back together, knotted the artery that could not be repaired and because of that my son 6 months later shot his first buck with a bow and arrow. Dr. Kamell was shocked and very pleased that he was able to get that kind of result and so quickly from such a bad accident.
It was a very sad day when he left his practice but we certainly understood. He was very dedicated to his patients and pushed himself to the limits. I remind Dr. Kline often of Dr. Kamell. He was a great caring man and a devoted doctor. I don't believe there are many out there that could ever be as skilled as he was.
My son is now 40 and we still talk about his injury and the work Dr. Kamell did on him.
My prayers and thoughts are with you.
