Okie, my heart goes out to you and your family. You two were so good to me, and I have fond memories from Canandaigua because of you two. I am sorry we lost touch when I moved away from NY. I am so sorry for your loss, and hope you all will be fine.

Oike and Family - my thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time. Betty was such a kind, thoughtful, and caring woman. Although my mother was an only child, I know she considered Betty a sister at heart. My love to all of you.

I was so saddened to hear about Bettys passing. She was such an amazing woman. I always joked that her house was always clean, her hair was always perfect and her fudge was always delicious. But most importantly she was so very good to our family. She was such a wonderful life-long friend to my mother and I will never forget the time she and Oakie took my dad to the ball game in Florida. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

My condolences to you all. I will always remember how dedicated Betty was to her friendship to my mother, Mary Jordan. From nursing school, through their lives of raising children, in their years beyond retirement, and especially in the end months of my mother's life. Betty was always willing to help in any way. I will always remember her and I thank God for the blessing of her in my mom's life. She will be missed!

Dear Okie & family, My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I am thankful she went peacefully and was blessed to have her loved ones with her. She was truly one of the few women throughout my life that was always kind to me and my family and I will miss her presence. I could always remember looking forward to seeing you both at Christmastime waiting to get into the fudge she always made for us. I'm confident that her and my Mom along with many others will keep each other company till we all join them. Sorry that I won't be able to make it due to me being out here in San Diego. Thank you for all that Betty and your family has done for ours.
