EDNA U. ECKLER
Loving Mother & Grandmother
BLOOMFIELD: Edna Eckler, 94, of East Main Street, passed away suddenly at Thompson Hospital on Sunday, March 30, surrounded by her loving family.
A longtime Bloomfield resident, Edna had been a member of the Bloomfield Garden Club and the Fort Nightly Club. She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge.
The widow of Benjamin F. Eckler, she is survived by her children Eunie (Richard) Thomas, Barbara (Gary) Hall, Joan M. Eckler and Ronald (Sandi) Eckler; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
There will be no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday at the East Bloomfield United Methodist Church, where she had been a member for over seventy years.
Contributions in her memory may be made to the Music Fund of the East Bloomfield United Methodist Church, 2 Park Place, Bloomfield, NY 14469 or to the Sands Cancer Center, 350 Parrish St., Canandaigua, NY 14424.
