Obituary of Alice Blazey

Alice Blazey Canandaigua- Alice Blazey, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully on February 5, 2015, at Clark Meadows in Canandaigua. She is survived by her son, John T. (Judith), son-in-law, Scott Price; grandchildren, John T. II, James (Kathy), Jeffrey(Jodi), Amy (Ethan) Hamlin, and Kami (Whitney) Sobey; great grandchildren, Allyson, Emily, James and John S. II, Jack Blazey; Nicole and Jack Miller; Lillyan, Carson and Logan Hamlin; Avery, Harper, and Wilo Sobey. She was predeceased by her husband, John S. Blazey, her daughters, Jean Marie and Judy Price. Alice taught school for many years in Ithaca and Palmyra-Macedon. She, along with her husband, founded John S. Blazey, Inc. eighty years ago. She lived at Clark Meadows for the past five years where she felt she was at home and loved her Clark Meadows family. A memorial service will be held at the Palmyra First United Methodist Church on Thursday, February 12 at 2:00 pm. Arrangements are under the care of Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. Canandaigua. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Palmyra First United Methodist Church, 109 Church Street, Palmyra, New York, 14522.
