Richard R. Burns Sr. Of Clifton Springs passed away peacefully on Sept. 17, 2014 at Clifton Springs Nursing Home. He is survived by his wife Marge Burns Children; Heather (& Samuel) DeSalvo, Cheryl Phelps, April, Bob & Rick Burns Jr. Granddaughter; Laybrie Burns Sister; Joyce Gillette & many nieces & nephews he loved as his own. "Dick" was a very loving and gentle-spirited man and will be missed dearly.
