Obituary of Richard Stewart

Richard "Rick" Bangs Stewart 1959 - 2014 Richard "Rick" Bangs Stewart, 55, a Canandaigua resident, died on June 26, 2014. Rick was born on Jan. 1, 1959, in LeRoy, N.Y. to the late Thomas M. Stewart and Elizabeth (Henry) Stewart of Canandaigua. He is survived by his sisters, Lynne Stewart, Ann (Stewart) Hovey and Amy Stewart; nephew, Matthew Hovey; and niece, Megan Hovey, all of Canandaigua. Rick was a professional sports photographer for Getty Images and also worked for CoCard Anderson as a sales representative. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 2, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo St., Canandaigua. Rick's life will be celebrated on Thursday, July 3, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Canandaigua Country Club. Donations may be made to the Canandaigua Emergency Squad.
