Obituary of Pearl Smith

Pearl Amelia Hall (Lee) Smith Lyons-Pearl (Lee) Smith, 96, passed away December 18, 2013 at the Wayne County Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her first husband, Walter J. Lee; and her second husband, Elmer R. Smith. Pearl was the daughter of the late Ruth and Ralph Hall of Clifton Springs. She had seven siblings. Pearl is survived by three children, Robert Lee of Waitsburg, WA; Jaynie Lee of Moab, Utah and Joan Bedell of Cdga, NY, eleven grandchildren; and several great grandchildren. Pearl graduated from Clifton Springs High School in 1935. She had worked at the Clifton Sanitarium, Sarah Coventry, and the Merchandiser. She lived at Towpath Manor in Palmyra until 2011, when she moved to Wayne Co. Nursing Home. She will be remembered for her love and devotion to her family, her love of traveling, shopping, and sharing with others. At her request, there will be no prior calling hours. Interment will be in Riverview Cemetery, Clifton Springs. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Fuller Funeral Home, Inc.
