Obituary of Edson Pritchard

Lifetime Canandaigua Resident and Farmer Edson W. Pritchard July 16, 1924 – Sept 3, 2013 Canandaigua- Edson Pritchard, 89, passed away September 3, 2013 at Serenity House. A lifetime Farmer, Edson served as the Town of Canandaigua Assessor for 20 years and was a member of the Town of Canandaigua Republican Committee. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Beverly; children, Sharon (Robert) Peet, Gary (Naomi) Pritchard; grandchildren, Korin (Gerald) Oakes, Seth (Amanda) Pritchard, Diana (Cory) Mathias, Jennifer Peet, great-grandchildren, Katrina, Lane, Krissy, Logan and Justin. Edson was predeceased by his parents, Leon and Gertrude Pritchard; sisters, Margaret Schwartz, Marion Pritchard; Brother, L. Roger Pritchard; and granddaughter, Laura Peet. A 1 p.m. funeral service will be held Sunday September 8, at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
